Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a warranty for my solar panels and inverter?
Yes. Full warranty on the Panels, Inverter and Mounting system. Our suppliers are Australian based and we personally handle any warranty claims.
How long will the installation of solar panels take?
From claiming your free quote it's usually 2-3 weeks. The actual install process is normally a single day.
You may need a reconfigured meter to allow for exporting power back into the grid which may add on time until you can export.
Who does the paperwork?
We take care of all the paperwork for you; this includes a Certificate of Electrical Safety, solar connection form, electrical works request and a power core pre approval form.
